[beat the boss] on [heart 96.2 & 97.3] [june 2010] RULESThe following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [www.heart.co.uk/northdevon] apply to ‘[Beat the Boss]’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from [Monday 21st June 2010] to [Wednesday 23rd June 2010] (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [Heart 96.2 7 97.3]. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station. 1) Details of the Competition 1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to [www.heart.co.uk/northdevon] and register their details. Online entry will open from 10.06.10 and close on 22.06.10. 1.2 Listeners will be asked to take part in an on air quiz against their boss, to try and win the right to have the afternoon off from work on Wednesday 23rd June 2010, in order to watch the England versus Slovenia world cup football match. Listeners will be rung prior to going on air, to be informed that they are taking part, and we will need to have permission off their boss, for this activity to take part. It will be up to the company boss as to how many other work colleagues he will allow to have the time off if the listener ( employee ) wins. Listeners that apply will be put into a random selection process to be chosen to take part 3 questions will be asked to each person and the one that answers the most correctly will be deemed the winner. In the event of a tie, questions will keep being asked one at a time until a winner is found. 2) Eligibility Over 18 years – in employment, and provided the boss of the company is willing for the prize to be issued 3) Prize 3.1 An afternoon off from work to watch the England versus Slovenia World Cup Football match |
