How you ended up working here - via Radio Devon and Tarka Radio - I Just hung around until someone took pity on me.
Uni/study Ilfracombe College - although it was a comprehensive way back then .
Where you met Chapple - he was here on work experience when he was 14 and we couldn't get rid of him, he's been here ever since.
Hosted events - Race for Life, Devon Youth Games, Chivenor firework display, various light switch ons.
What's the worst job you've ever had? Worked in a shop where all day long women with sweaty smelly feet would come in and try on slippers
What's your favourite website? WOW, hard question, so many. I spend far too much time on websites. I love looking at USA and Ozzy shopping sites. Trying to get hold of stuff you just can’t buy in the UK. Like Cherry Ripe chocolate bars from Oz or DVDs from the states, that haven't even hit the shops over here yet. Plus the fact that the US is SOOOOO much cheaper for DVDs and CDs.One I found recently is www.iwantoneofthose.com ( I Want One Of Those) - brilliant for wacky and stupid gifts!
On my nights off you'll mostly find me at one of the bi-monthly comedy clubs here in North Devon or at the Central Cinema - I LOVE movies or sat at a computer.
What's your favourite Devon saying? Are you Hopps or Chapple? or "bleddy luvly"
What's your favourite landmark in Devon? It's got to be Hartland Quay there is nowhere on Earth like that place. When I die, throw my ashes off the cliffs please. I want to buy the lighthouse now that its up for sale.
What was your favourite TV program when you were a kid? aha one no one will ever remember HR Puffenstuff with Jack Wilde - bought recently on DVD from the USA and STILL as good. Also the Double Deckers and Banana Splits
When was your most bling celebrity moment? Talking to Richard O'Brien, he's a lovely guy but only about 3 ft tall ( slight exaggeration ) - for the uninitiated, he created The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Also, I was having a wee at the Brits and was joined at the urinal by Louis Walsh and one of the blokes from Boyzone - the one who was in Corrie.
What was the first record you ever bought? With my own money “Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep" by Middle of the Road. A song that later came back to haunt me, when I found out a teacher of mine sung vocal backing on the track to pay her Uni fees
What would be your desert island disc? War of the Worlds - Jeff Wayne.
Where is your favourite place in the world? - New York, so good they named it twice, I've been there many many times - in fact people invite me to go with them to be their tour guide! Just ask if u want me to come with you!
Would you snog a tramp for a thousand quid? - I'd snog anyone for a thousand quid
What's your favourite inanimate object? Gotta be my external hard drive - it only has music on it 56,000 different tunes. I call it my jukebox.
Name one thing you are really passionate about - Music. I live and breathe it and really get frustrated when I can't find a download of something I desperately crave.
If you weren’t doing this you’d be - doing show prep(honest we DO do show prep) so thank the Lord for questionnaires
What's the first thing you do when you wake up? - Turn the darn alarm clock off -can't mention the rest
What's your fave tipple? - Jack D and Coke and I've just found Bacardi Majeto - yum.
If you were reincarnated what would you like to come back as? Tough one. I'm happy being me - how dull is that?
White out or heat wave? - White Out
Flip flops or Birkenstocks? - Flip Flops
Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings? - Harry Potter every time
Fave TV show - Dr Who or Skins or Glee or Legend of the Seeker or Merlin ( hmm, thats more than one).
Film that everyone should watch - gotta be Stonewall - bit odd, interesting piece of American history.
What inspired you to be a presenter? - Radio legends like Kenny Everett, Mike Reed and DLT.

If money was no object, what would you buy? - The Beatles Yellow Submarine Jukebox that I could have bought a few years ago, but was too broke to buy.

Who would play you in a movie of your life? - easy Jack Black
If you had to live in a tent in North Devon, where would you pitch your tent? who wrote these darn stooopid questions? Valley of Rocks with the goats. They're great company.
What has scared you the most? Jumping out the Chivenor SAR helicopter, strapped to a giant of a marine being winched down on a moving cargo boat - that was bad enough, but the crew of the boat were hostile with long knives!
