Have your say on ambulance changes

Health managers need your views on some big changes for the ambulance service in the Thames Valley.

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Trust (SCAS) is gearing up to become a Foundation Trust.

This means the service would be free from Government control of their finances and management, and people across the Thames Valley will have a big say on the service provided.

Managers have told Heart they need 20,000 local residents to help to decide how to deliver local improvements in patient care and to strengthen their links with local communities.

To do this, you need to become a member of the Trust.

Loads of public meetings have been set up between now and February so you can find out more and sign up to help.
