Man Shot In Reading

Five men have been arrested after a 25 year old man was shot in Reading on Sunday 6th June.

A 31-year-old man from Whitley was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder earlier today (14/6) and is currently in custody.

A 25-year-old man, from the Oxford Road area, arrested yesterday (13/6) has been released on bail.

A 25-year-old man from Tilehurst, who as arrested on Friday night, has been released on bail.

A 27-year-old man and a 32-year-old man, who were both arrested last week, have also been released on bail.

The  25-year-old man from East Reading who was shot, continues to recover in hospital from injuries to both his legs and one of his arms.

It happened on Grange Avenue, at around 11.15pm on Sunday 6 June.
