Nine year olds drinking in Berkshire.

Police in West Berkshire have told Heart they've sent out warning letters after catching children as young as nine drinking on the streets.
Heart's got hold of figures from police - who're sending out around 20 yellow warnings letters every single month to parents of teenagers in the area.
80% of those letters relate to alcohol and being caught drinking in public - with numbers going up over the Summer. Only 20% have to be followed up with a second warning letter with 5% going onto get a read letter which will result in a voluntary written acceptable behaviour contract being drawn up.
