Bristol: Search For Mental Health Patient

We are being urged not to approach mental health patient, who police believe, could still be in Bristol, but to call 999.

Derek Jarrett went missing from a unit at Benfleet in Essex with a woman last Wednesday, April 30th.

She was returned there on Saturday, after being found by police in Bristol. However, there is still no sign of Mr. Jarrett.

Detectives believe there is a possibility that he has travelled to London, Kent or Maidenhead, but are not ruling out the prospect that he still may be in the Bristol area.

Four police forces (Metropolitan, Kent, Thames Valley and Avon and Somerset) are looking for him.

He is described as white, approximately 5ft 6ins tall, has grey hair (slightly different from pictured) and has several tattoos on his arms.
