Bristol: Father Jailed For Manslaughter Of Daughter

A father has been jailed for 6 years jail after being convicted of killing his 16-week-old daughter.

Paris Vince-Stephens was either shaken to death or suffered a blow to the head at the hands of William Stephens, 25. 

The injuries were so severe that Paris died in hospital three days after collapsing at her home Bristol in January this year. 

Stephens from Southmead, Bristol was convicted unanimously by a jury of manslaughter following a seven-week trial at Bristol Crown Court.

Paris's mother, 19 year old Danah Vince was acquitted of causing or allowing the death of a child. 

They had denied the charges.
