Heart saves the day!

Imagine getting the perfect Christmas present for your kids then finding out you'd been scammed.

Bradley Stoke mum Debbie  thought she'd got JLS tickets for her daughter and a friend. But just a week before the gig when the tickets still hadn't arrived she discovered the police had launched a fraud investigation and she wouldn't be getting tickets or a refund.

She told Heart “The website looked really professional and we got a proper receipt, I had no idea it wasn’t right.  We’d bought four tickets for my daughter to go with her friend and her friends mum.  Both the tickets were for their Christmas presents, it was really good timing with it being half term.  They’re really upset.”

After hearing the story, Heart contacted JLS’ tour management, who kindly donated 4 tickets for the Bristol date of the tour.  JLS’ tour manager Bob Hermon said “the boys heard about the problem and were delighted to help. They’re really pleased they can join them for their sold out gig at the Colston hall.”
