Register to Vote!

Bristol and Bath are right at the heart of the general election with experts predicting our area will be a benchmark for what happens in the rest of the UK.

But thousands of us here could miss out on the chance to have our say because we haven't registered to vote on May 6th.

A YouGov survey for the electoral commission revealed that while 69% of adults in Great Britain said they definitely planned to vote, 23% incorrectly believed that if you pay council tax you are automatically registered to vote. 20% thought that you can register to vote right up to the day before the election which is also untrue.
