RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Firework friendly Bristol Zoo’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 31st October 2014 and Sunday 2nd November 2014 on Heart Bristol, Bath & Somerset.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must Call 0345 481 00 88 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

4.    All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5.    Heart will play some audio of a children describing a quiet animal that can be found at Bristol Zoo, listeners will need to call the studio to give us their guess, if they guess correctly they will win, if they do not we will select another caller.

6.    Winner will be determined on air – they will receive their prize within 28 working days.

Eligibility:

7.    Entrants must be 18 years or older.

9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

10.  Each day 1 winner will win a family annual pass to Bristol Zoo (2 x adults and 2 x children) plus a family ticket to the family friendly firework event on either Tuesday 4th, Wednesday 5th or Thursday 6th November 2014.

11.  Family annual pass valid for 1 year.

12.  Cannot be used in conjunction of any other offers.

13.  There will be 2 winners in total.

14.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
