Why is recruitment on radio so successful?

Radio is heard by friends and family who tell potential applicants. We place our recruitment commercials at the ideal time of day for maximum impact.

Radio can target people thinking about leaving a job but not necessarily searching newspapers.

This means the calibre of clients is generally a lot higher than any other medium.

It reaches people not actively looking for work by acting as a head-hunter, meaning that the calibre of applicants will be higher. This also helps when recruiting in areas where there is a shortage of applicants

We place recruitment commercials at the day time of day when they will have the biggest possible impact. We target  people when they are disgruntled with work and therefore when they are most likely to want a new job

Our commercials are memorable, so information in them is easy for family and friends to recall and pass on.
