IWM Duxford: The Flying Legends 2014

The Flying Legends take off this July for the heritage air show event in the aviation calendar.

Each of the historic aircraft on display is a living tribute to the outstanding skills of the people who built, maintained and flew them and to the dedication of those who have brought these stunning aircraft back to life.

When?

The Flying Legends Air Show takes place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th July.

IWM Duxford will be open from 8am to 6pm.

The flying display will start at approximately 2pm and finish at approximately 5.30pm,

Make yourself at home in our Vintage Village

The Vintage Village is the perfect place to sit back, relax and watch the world go by.

The Manhattan Dolls make a welcome return to the Flying Legends Air Show, jetting in from New York to thrill the crowds with memorable 1930s and 1940s songs.

Complete your 1940s experience by sitting in a replica Supermarine Spitfire.

Have your photograph taken as a special memory of your nostalgic day. Sit in a Spitfire costs £15 per person.
