The family of a man murdered in Cambridge at the weekend say he "had a big heart and an amazing spirit".

26 year old Miciajah Brown [pictured - right], known as Kyjah, died after being found with stab wounds in Hanover Court at around 6:25am on Saturday.

He was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.

Tests found he died from multiple stab wounds, according to Cambridgeshire Police.

His family has released the following statement: "The family would like to thank everyone near and far for their kind words and support.

Kyjah was loved by all. He had a big heart and an amazing spirit and we will miss him dearly."

Two other men, aged 20 and 29, remain in Addenbrooke's Hospital after being treated for serious injuries sustained at the time.

The attack is being linked to disturbances in Market Square and Ditton Fields in the early hours of Saturday.

A 22 year old man, arrested on suspicion of murder, remains on bail.

Police have since confirmed they want to speak to a second person in connection with the incident.
