Chittering: Two Charged With Murder

Two men have been charged with the murder of a pensioner in Chittering in December 2011.

25 year old Frankie Parker from Nene Road, Ely, and 20 year old Gary Smith, of no fixed address, were both arrested earlier today (Tuesday) and have been charged with the murder of 76 year old Llywelyn Thomas. 

Parker will appear at Cambridge Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Wednesday). 

Smith will appear at Cambridge Magistrates' Court on Thursday, February 14. 

Mr Thomas was discovered in his home in Ely Road in Chittering [pictured - above right] on the morning of Sunday, December 18 2011. 

He was last seen alive the previous evening.
