Has BMX flasher struck again?

POLICE are appealing for information after several incidents of indecent exposure in the St Neots area.

Officers are linking six incidents which have occurred in the town since January 2011.

The latest incident happened at around 11.50am on Thursday (September 1) in Wheatsheaf Road, Eaton Socon.  A woman was walking her dog when a man exposed himself to her.

The other five incidents happened between January 12 and August 28. The offender has never spoken to his victims and has been riding a BMX bike during some of the incidents.

He is described as white, between 15 and 19 and often seen wearing tracksuit bottoms. Patrols have been increased in the area.

PC Chris Bockham told Heart: "These six unpleasant incidents have striking similarities and we are linking them at this time.

"I would appeal to anyone with information about these incidents to contact police. In particular I would urge anyone who sees this man committing offences to call 999."

1.       January 12 at around 9.16pm in Queens Gardens, Eaton Socon.   A man exposed himself to a 40 year-old woman.

2.       February 11 at around 9.45am in Queens Court, Eaton Socon.  A man exposed himself to two 11 year-old girls.

3.       February 14 at around 11am in Baron Court, Eaton Socon.  A man exposed himself to a 38 year-old woman as she sat in her car.

4.       April 28 at around 6.50pm in Honeydon Avenue, Easton Socon.  A man exposed himself to three girls, aged 12 and two aged nine.

5.       August 28 at around 10.44am in River Road, Eaton Ford.  A man exposed himself to a 45 year-old woman.
