Better Late Than Never

As yesterday for the first time I changed a tyre (infact a whole wheel) and Kev baked a cake from scratch.

We were well chuffed with ourselves, even though everyone else had already done these things.

We heard from Linda who had waited 40 years to get her ears pierced, she’d always wanted to but had never got round to it, and Julie had never actually learnt to swim but took the plunge (literally) much later on in life and now you cant get her out the pool!

Paul from Saffron Walden had taken up playing the banjo and Jane from Peterborough had her first bounce on a trampoline at the age of 36.

And the moral of the story – it doesn’t matter how long it takes you to do something, the fact that you are now doing it is all that matters!
