Join Heart in the centre of Cambridge for a weekend of live music and family fun this weekend.
The Big Weekend and Cambridge Melais taking place on Parker's Piece from Friday 7th July until Sunday 9th July.
This year’s event is sponsored by Hill - the award-winning housebuilder - and one of the top 15 housebuilders in the United Kingdom with local schemes including Ninewells, Magna and Virido.
The event’s theme this year is Building New Communities and live music is at the heart of The Big Weekend. Whatever your taste, there'll be something worth hearing.
There'll also be a variety of family entertainment to enjoy including a brilliant fireworks display on the Friday evening, tasty food and drink across the weekend, sports activities, cabaret and much more.
The Big Weekend will also be celebrating the 30th anniversary of Cambridge's twinning with the Hungarian city of Szeged, marked by Hungarian folk band playing, folk dance and storytelling.
