The beloved Peterborough Lido will open it's doors for the summer from the 26th May.
This fantastic outdoor swimming complex offers three heated outdoor swimming pools; a 50m heated main pool, a teaching pool for children and a paddling pool for toddlers.
The three large sun-bathing terraces, a large grass lawn and play area for the kids makes the Lido the perfect venue for a fun family day out. There is an also an onsite cafe serving hot and cold food as well as ice-cream and refreshments.
This year at the Lido, there will be a whole host of new activities on offer. From celebrating Summer Solstice on June 21 to the introduction of early bird morning swims and children’s fun inflatable evenings, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
Peterborough's much-loved outdoor swimming pool was built in 1936 and is enjoyed by over 20,000 visitors every summer.
The Peterborough Lido is open from 9am until 7pm daily, exceppt for Wednesday when the lido will be open from 7.30am. Make sure to get down to the lido on the opening day for FREE entry!
