The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent the day visiting Cambridge and Peterborough in November 2012.

Their visit included a trip to the Guildhall, Jimmy's Night Shelter and The Manor School in Cambridge. 

Thousands of people welcomed the royal couple during their first official visit to Cambridge since they married.

Later in the day, they officially opened the new Peterborough City Hospital.
