Man Found Unconscious In St Neots Street

A road in St Neots has been closed off after a man's been found laying unconscious in the middle of the street.

Investigations continue in St Neots this afternoon (Sunday) - after a man was found laying unconscious with serious injuries in the street last night.

Police were called between 930 & 945pm when a member of the public found the man - who's thought to be in his 30s - was found by the Little Paxton Footbridge.

At the moment police say they're treating it as a possible assault he's being treated in Addenbrookes hospital.

Drivers are being told Mill Lane is likely to remain shut between Priory Hill Road / Huntingdon Road and B1041 for sometime.
