Police Name Fatal Victim In Godmanchester Crash
A man who suffered fatal injuries in a crash in Godmanchester on Thursday (March 26) has been named by police.
Lee Curling, 42, of Saunders Close, Huntingdon, was killed when the Vauxhall van he was driving left the road and crashed near Corpus Christi Farm, on the B1043 Offord Road.
His van had earlier been in a collision with a black BMW 520 near The Bell pub, on the B1043 in Great Paxton.
Both vehicles then headed back towards Huntingdon on the B1043 before the fatal crash took place at about 8.50pm.
The driver of the BMW, a 45-year-old man, was not injured.
An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering Leonne Weeks, 16, who was found dead on a path in Rotherham.
