Safety Video Released For Motorcyclists Across Cambridgeshire
Motorcyclists are being reminded to take their safety seriously as part of a month long campaign across Cambridgeshire.
Throughout April the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire Road Policing Unit has been running a THINK! motorcycle operation.
The force have now released a video, with safety tipes for motorcyclists.
Insp Mark Rogers said: "With the weather warming up the condition are perfect for riders and over the coming months we are likely to see an increase in the number of motorbikes on the road.
"We want to ensure that all of those motorcyclists stay safe and would urge riders to take sensible precautions when out on their bikes.
"Sadly, motorcyclists are still one of the most vulnerable road users and that is why it's so important that riders are extra vigilant."
As part of this week's campaign, traffic officer Simon Burgin has written a blog advising motorcyclist on the best way to stay safe on the road. Read it, here.
