Man Hunt In Cornwall

Police have released CCTV images of a man they're trying to find in connection with a serious sexual assault in Newquay.

A 20 year old woman from North Wales had been at the Sailors nightclub on Saturday 10th of December, before the assault took place in a guest house on Fore Street

The suspect is described as a white man, aged around 31-years-old and a thin build, with short, dark hair and a west country accent.

He also used the name 'Dale'. 

The officer investigating the case, DC Lauren Holley, said: 'We have carried out a large number of enquiries and we are now appealing for the public's help in trying to identify this man.' 

'This was a serious sexual assault and incredibly traumatic for the young victim. We would like to speak to anyone who may recognise this man.'
