A body boarder has been rescued by lifeguards at Praa Sands after getting into difficulty.
On Friday 21 August, the conditions were challenging at Praa Sands, when the RNLI lifeguards spotted a young body boarder caught in a rip current.
The inshore rescue boat was quickly launched with lifeguards Becky Brook and Emily Theobald.
The lifeguards retrieved the boy from the water and brought him safely back to shore.
