Death-Fall Climber Is Named

The climber who fell around 60 ft to his death on the south coast has been named.

31 year old Barry Stephen Humphries fell from a cliff at Blacknor Fort on Portland last Saturday (25th Sept 2010).

He was taken to Dorset County Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.

An inquest into his death was opened and adjourned to a later date yesterday (28th Sept)

It said Mr. Humphries was from Cirencester in Gloucestershire.
