Bus Passengers Ordered Off Over Drink Spill

A bus company in Dorset say an investigation is underway into claims a driver ordered all his passengers off - because a woman spilt a bit of coffee.

The Daily Mirror said passengers were told it was "too dangerous to carry on" and special cleaners needed to be called.

Wilts and Dorset Buses have told Heart if the driver did over-react, then they would like to apologise to anyone affected that day.

A spokesman said:

"An internal inquiry regarding the incident is now underway.

"We would like to apologise to the inconvenienced passengers should it be found that the driver had over-reacted to any perceived health and safety threat"
