CCTV Released - Do You Know Them?

Police investigating a theft in Poole town centre are appealing to the public for help – with officers keen to identify a man and a woman who could have important information.

The incident happened in the This Is It shop on the High Street and officers are now able to release closed circuit television (CCTV) images, showing a man and woman officers are keen to talk to.

The incident took place on Friday, 10 December 2010 at about 12.20pm in which a 64-year-old woman from Poole had her purse stolen.

Police Constable Kerry Shelley, from the Poole Town Safer Neighbourhood team, said:

"The purse was stolen out of a handbag which had been in a trolley. 

"I would urge the man and woman pictured – and anyone who recognises them – to contact me, in confidence, as soon as possible.”
