Isle of Wight Council bosses have overturned a vote by councillors - who had rejected the partnership to secure £900 million of funding.
CCTV Released Of Bournemouth Arson Suspect
Police have released CCTV of a man suspected of setting four wheelie bins on fire in Bournemouth.
At 2.13am on Thursday 19 February 2015, police were called to reports of a wheelie bin being set alight inside a wooden shed in Boscombe Spa Road.
Approximately 20 minutes later, two more bins were set alight in Manor Road.
At 4am a fourth bin was set alight in a car park off Wharncliffe Road.
Detective Sergeant Dave Colomb, of Bournemouth CID, said:
“Thankfully no one was injured in any of these incidents and the fires did not spread to nearby homes.
“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed these incidents or recognises a man with similar clothing or characteristics to that of the suspect in the CCTV image to please call me.
“All calls will be treated in strict confidence.”
No arrests have been made.
