Dorset Charity Shop Burgled
Police in Shaftesbury are investigating a burglary at a charity shop in the town.
Thieves broke into the Oxfam Store along Shaftesbury High Street and stole cash sometime between 5pm on Saturday, 6 August and 8am on Monday, 8 August 2011.
The quantity of stolen money is not being released.
Police Constable Mike Henstridge, of Shaftesbury police, said:
“The offenders accessed the charity store by forcing a rear entrance and I believe that those responsible may have scaled an eight feet high wall beforehand.
“I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident, and anyone who saw any suspicious activity in this area, to contact me urgently.
“Anyone who has any information about those responsible should contact Dorset Police at the earliest opportunity.”
Witnesses and anyone with information should call Dorset Police in confidence on 01305 22 22 22 quoting incident number 8:64. Alternatively, call the free and anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111 where mobile phone tariffs may apply.
Shkelzen Dauti was found stabbed on the street in Gilpin Close.
She was found at Manor Park in Aldershot, and police are urging her mum to come forward to get help.
It'll open this September and handle customer service calls for big names like Argos, B&Q, Monsoon and Wickes.
