One of Cambridgeshire's oddest traditions gets under way this morning...
Dozens Of Stolen Car Badges Found
Police are trying to find the owners of a large number of vehicle badges which were seized by officers in Verwood.
Around 30 badges were recovered in the town.
Police Constable Andy Robertson, of Verwood Safer Neighbourhood Team, said:
"I believe the badges were removed from vehicles between 4 January and 6 January 2012.
"Anyone who has had a badge removed from their vehicle in the Verwood area should contact police as soon as possible.”
A 19-year-old man, a 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy, all from the local area, are helping police with their enquiries.
Anyone who thinks any of the stolen badges are theirs should call Dorset Police on 101.
The first rail freight service from the UK to China has arrived.
A tracker device led to it being recovered in Totton - a man's been questioned.
Special constables will be trained in CPR, using oxygen and defibrillators so they can be first responders if they're closest.
