Firefighters have been called to put out a heath fire, the size of a football pitch near Poole.

It's thought the fire at Bourne Valley Nature Reserve was started deliberately on Friday night (19th July). Emergency services received over 40 calls from people living in nearby Evering Avenue and it took 11 appliances to deal with the fire.

A 16 year old boy was arrested on suspicion of arson after two other large fires at Canford Road on Tuesday and near Hamworthy on Wednesday.
