Bournemouth’s Planning Board has granted approval for a Tesco supermarket in Kinson.
Earlier this year (September) the application had been deferred in order for the applicant to address a number of highway issues.
Chairman of the Planning Board, Councillor David Kelsey, said;
“This development is good for the residents of Kinson and will breathe new life into the area. It will see the run-downshopping parade replaced with a more modern store which will bring benefits to the local traders in the area and create jobs within the local community.
“I am satisfied that Tesco have successfully addressed the outstanding issues which related to the impact ofthe development on the local infrastructure.”
