Bournemouth: Man in Court Charged Over Graveyard Rape

A man's appeared in court charged with rape and GBH after a woman was attacked in the grounds of a church in Boscombe.

It happened on Saturday (2 August) in the grounds of St Clements Church, at approximately 5.30am.
 
The alleged victim, a 33-year-old Bournemouth woman, was left with facial injuries.
 
22-year-old Emmanuel Mutandi from Kempston in Bedfordshire, appeared before Bournemouth Magistrates charged with rape and GBH today.

He'll appear at Bournemouth Crown Court next week.
