Police have charged a man in connection with a death in Bournemouth, 12 years ago.

Clive Wilcox died on 4 May 2001, a day after being attacked outside One Stop in Wimborne Road, Winton.

The 42-year-old father of two had gone in with his wife during a Bank Holiday night out. He was then confronted by a group of young people, and is thought to have been punched by one of them falling to the pavement.

33-year-old Daniel Scott, formerly of Bournemouth, is due at Bournemouth Magistrates Court on Monday 17 June, accused of manslaughter.
