Man Threatened In His Own Home

A man's been threatened in his own home after three men broke in.

The men entered a house along Wimborne Road in Kinson at 9.35pm on Tuesday, 22 March 2011.

The 49-year-old man was not injured and nothing was stolen.

The three offenders were all men and wearing high visibility jackets and they made off toward Pinewood Avenue.

Detective Constable Adrian Turner, of Bournemouth CID, said:

“As this is a busy area, I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this burglary or anyone who saw the men leaving the area to contact me urgently.”

Witnesses and anyone with information should call Dorset Police in confidence on 01202 22 22 22 quoting incident number 22:109. Alternatively, call the free and anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111 where mobile phone tariffs may apply.
