PCSO Due In Court Charged With Assault

A female police community support officer is due in court today, accused of attacking another woman in Bournemouth.

42-year-old Denise Lockyer  - who works in north Bournemouth - is accused of assault by beating and theft.

A woman was left with a bruised arm near Bournemouth library earlier this month - the PCSO's been suspended while the case is ongoing.

She was off duty at the time of the assault. She's due before Bournemouth Magistrates later today (Thursday April 26th).
