17 August 2010, 12:45

Police in Bournemouth are hoping CCTV images will help them find the man who was repeatedly seen going in and out of women’s toilets in a restaurant in the town.

It happened at The Slug and Lettuce near Bournemouth Square between 12.25pm and 2.05pm on Saturday the 24th July 2010.

Do you know this man?

Police Constable, Alison Cox, of Bournemouth police said: “I understand that the man was waiting behind a nearby fire exit door outside the toilets and was seen to enter and exit the women’s toilets on a number of occasions.

“This took place for over an hour and a half and, naturally, was of great concern to members of the public.

“Following further enquiries, I am now able to release two CCTV stills of a man I wish to speak with.

“I would urge anyone who recognises the man pictured, and anyone who witnessed this incident, to contact me urgently.

“I would also appeal to the man pictured to get in touch as soon as possible – it’s important that I find out the exact circumstances.”
