RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at heart.co.uk) apply to ‘The College AV Promotion’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 16th August 2010 to 13th September 2010 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Dorset.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must
a) Go online to heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 0600 on the 16th August 2010 and close at 1000 on the 13th September 2010.
1.2 For the chance to win, people must register their details online and will be entered into a draw. At the end of the promotion all the entrants will be put into a draw and one will be chosen at random and deemed the winner. The winner will be informed by phone by the 17th September 2010.
2) Prize
3.1 One person will win a brand new laptop. Make and model subject to change and to be decided by Global Radio at the point of winning.
