CCTV images of petrol theft

25 January 2011, 12:26

Bedfordshire Police have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to in connection with theft of fuel from a petrol station on Barton Road in Luton.

The thefts took place between the 14th and 22nd of December, the men were caught on camera filling up a plastic container with around £30 of fuel on each occasion and then leaving the forecourt without making any effort to pay.

Police say the images could be of the same person as there are similarities between the blue container used and the trainers worn by the person captured, however they are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information.

Anyone with information can call the main switchboard on 01234 841212, text to 07786 200011 or call Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111
