Children Attacked By Woman In Luton
Bedfordshire Police are looking for people who saw a young woman attack a number of children on Monday 10 November in and around Stockholme Way, Luton.
Natalie Comb, investigating, said: “Between 5.30pm and 6pm the woman, who is white, about five foot five inches tall with dark hair, wearing a grey hooded top and denim jacket with trainers was seen Luxembourg Close and then Brussels Way, Luton, in a very distressed state. She was crying and shouting that she had lost her children. She then ran towards Stockholme Way Luton where she shouted at and then assaulted several children aged between 9-16 causing them minor injuries.
“This is a very nasty attack and I understand that a crowd gathered during the incident. The young woman has now been arrested and is currently on bail. I am keen to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity who may have seen any part of this incident to aid our investigation.”
