Olly Murs Joins Love Luton Line-Up
Olly Murs is the latest big act to be named on the line-up for the big festival this summer to coincide with the Olympic torch arriving in Luton.
The Wanted are already confirmed for Love Luton 2012, which will take place over the weekend of Friday 6 & Saturday 7 July 2012.
Olly will appear at Popes Meadow on Saturday 7 July, joined by hugely popular grime maestro Skepta, north London hip hop artist Sway, UK urban and dance performer Mz Bratt and up and coming rapper Lady Leshurr.
Robert Lee, Artistic Director of Love Luton 2012 Festival, said: "We are absolutely delighted that Brit Award nominated national superstar Olly
Murs has accepted the town¹s invitation to perform at the festival.
"Olly¹s smooth vocals and cheeky smile have made him incredibly popular with Lutonians, and because of his amazing profile, securing his talents is a wonderful boost to the town benefiting our music lovers and visitors. The hat wearing Olly will help us to sell Luton to the world."
