Woman Sexually Assaulted In Dunstable

Bedfordshire Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a 26 year old woman was sexually assaulted in Dunstable on Friday afternoon (January 17).

The incident happened at around 3.25pm on a pathway in Stokers Close as the victim was cycling to work. The offender – a white man, around 5ft 10ins tall, bushy brown eyebrows, yellow teeth with a gap in the middle, wearing a black hooded top with fur around it and walking a black Staffordshire bull terrier - asked the victim if she had a lighter and when she stopped he tried to strike up a conversation before attempting to grope the victim’s groin. The victim shouted at the offender who then ran away
