Cat Shot With Airweapon In Beccles

A cat's been treated at the vets after it was shot in the leg with an airweapon in Beccles.

It happened between 5pm and 6pm last Wednesday (18 June) in the Rigbourne Hill area. The cat returned home with a bloody leg and an air weapon pellet was removed from its leg and the cat was treated at the vets.

Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call PC Richard Warne at Halesworth Police Station on 101 quoting reference BE/14/712, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
