Elmswell: Man Charged After Woman Hit By Care
A 26-year-old man has been charged after a woman was hit by a car in Elmswell.
Police were called to reports that a woman had been in collision with a car in Ashfield Road around 8.35am on Tuesday 3 February and had then been bundled into the vehicle.
She was found by officers that afternoon. It's not thought she was seriously injured.
Daniel Finch, 26, of no fixed abode, was arrested following the incident and was taken into custody at Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre where he was interviewed by detectives.
He has now been charged with dangerous driving and was remanded in custody to appear at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates Court this morning, Thursday 5 February.
Police have confirmed that a man who was seriously injured in a road traffic collision in Bradwell last week has sadly died.
