Felixstowe: Man Wanted After Girls Approached

19 February 2015, 05:56

Police have released an E-fit image of a man they want to speak to after three teenage girls were approached in Newry Avenue in Felixstowe.

The girls were walking along at around 8:30pm, on Sunday 15 February, when a car drove beside them and the driver asked them to get in.  The car then stopped and the man got out and asked them again to get in, they refused and the man got back into the car and drove off.

The suspect is described as white, around 5ft 8in tall, of medium build, with a tanned complexion, with a brown/greying moustache and wearing a denim blue baseball cap, blue/black jeans and driving a black hatchback car with tinted rear windows - possibly a Peugeot.

If you recognise the man in the E-fit or if you have any information about this incident, please call PC Marc Soames at Police Headquarters in Martlesham Heath on 101 quoting reference FE/15/257, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
