Police are at Heath Road and West Meadows working out if the incident are linked.
Five In Hospital After Overdoses
Five people have been taken to hospital after suspected heroin overdoses in Bury St Edmunds.
The five incidents are all believed to have occurred in the Bury area at various stages last night (Wednesday 20 May).
All five individuals were admitted to West Suffolk Hospital, where they currently remain.
Three are on hospital wards and two are in critical care, all in stable conditions.
Officers are investigating and working with medical staff to establish whether there is a common link between the five cases.
Police believe the drug taken is Heroin and in the meantime, as a precaution police are warning drug users to be aware of these incidents and the associated risks.
