Heart Exclusive: Arrests Over Former Legal Highs Rise

Heart can reveal since so called 'legal highs' were banned last May - Norfolk and Suffolk police have made 13 arrests for intent to supply.
Various forms of the drug were found by officers including spice, ching and nitrous oxide - also known as laughing gas.
The drugs are often sold containing unknown substances.
One mum told us how it affected her 21 year old son.
She said "He was coming in at night and going straight to his room. Going out and coming back all hours. Dropped out of school, dropped out of college..dropped out of various jobs."
"He was completely aggressive, non-communicative, his skin changed tone, he looked gaunt"
Nationally 492 arrests have been made as of the 29th December 2016.
