A young woman from Lowestoft who's been left scarred for life in an acid attack by her ex boyfriend has now written a book to help others spot the signs of an abusive relationship.
Huge Fire Destroys Great Yarmouth Regent Superbowl
Firecrews are dealing with smouldering remains left from the huge fire at Great Yarmouth's Regent Superbowl.
Emergency services were called just before 3.30am this morning to the fire in Regent Road.
A number of properties were evacuated and a cordon put in place, as 29 fire crews from across Norfolk and Suffolk battled the flames.
The fire has been put out now and it's not thought anyone's been hurt, but it's believed shops on Regent Road will be affected for the next few days.
