There has been a 26% rise in the number of children and young people hospitalised after self-harming in the East of England.
Man Arrested After A11 Crash
A man in his 30's has been arrested after a crash on the A11 last Sunday.
The incident happened just after midnight on the A11 at Attleborough near to the West Carr Road flyover and involved two cars. A red Mini Cooper was travelling towards Wymondham when a Silver Vauxhall Astra, travelling on the wrong side of the carriageway, collided with it.
After the Astra collided with the Mini the driver continued a further 300 meters along the A11 before stopping their vehicle and fleeing from the scene.
A man in his 30s from the Norwich area was later arrested in connection with the incident and released on police bail until Sunday 29 May 2016.
Anyone who may have seen the manner of driving of either vehicle prior to the crash or the person who fled the scene should contact PC Shaun Turner at Acle Police Station on 101.
