Man Charged With Trying To Arrange Contract Killing
A man - arrested in Norfolk - is due to appear in court charged with trying to arrange a contract killing.
Paul Matthews, 48, of no fixed address, was arrested by the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit at an address in the county on Wednesday (8 April).
Matthews, also known as Paul Vass, has been charged with soliciting to commit murder and possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
He will appear at Luton Magistrates' Court today (Friday).
The alleged intended victim lives in Bedfordshire.
A third person has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of Dean Stansby in Ipswich.
A 31-year-old man has been arrested in Norfolk on suspicion of terror offences, Scotland Yard said.
Detectives investigating a murder in Ipswich have arrested a man in connection with the incident.
